    “ Emily is the best yoga teacher. She really feeds off of the energy of each person and goes with the flow of how everyone is feeling whilst also making everyone feel relaxed and rejuvenated. I loved how each practice was based off an element and you could really feel the power of the practice, the elements and yourself and the fellow retreaters. Emily’s yoga practises make you feel powerful. Her tarot readings are also amazing - very accurate and very enlightening. I loved how with each practise and meditation we were given a card from a different oracle deck too - this was another lovely touch. The sound and gong baths were very relaxing and the ice bath was another great added experience.

    There were so many lovely parts to each day - every day was filled with healing experiences and it just felt magical. We did so much but also had time to relax by the pool or go to the beach. Everyday offered something different but the overall experience was just AMAZING!!!!! “
