Emily’s yoga practises make you feel powerful. Her tarot readings are also amazing - very accurate and very enlightening. I loved how with each practise and meditation we were given a card from a different oracle deck too - this was another lovely touch. The sound and gong baths were very relaxing and the ice bath was another great added experience.
